Join our TRIVE CLINIC, a community- based pediatric wellness clinic embedded within a broader Social Pediatrics model of care, located at the Vanier Community Service Centre (VCSC).<br \/>\nThe clinic provides episodic preventive care to infants and young children (ages 0-5) who do not yet have a primary care provider. Many are new to Canada, and their parents face barriers related to health care system access, social determinants, language and transportation.
