Service Description
The Thrive Clinic offers growth and development monitoring for children aged 0-5 years in Ontario who do not have a family doctor.
Well-being exams for babies aged 0 to 18 months.
Growth and development monitoring for children aged 0 to 5 years.
Routine immunizations.
Supporting parents with resources and referrals.
Eligibility
*The child must meet all three criteria.

Children aged 0 to 5 years.

Without a family doctor.

Resident of Ontario.
*Children residing in Ontario who do not have an Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) card due to their status in Canada may access this service.

What we do not do
- Provide assessment or advice on acute injuries or illnesses (such as fever, cough, or runny nose).
- Treat illnesses.
- Accommodate sick children (such as contagious illnesses, measles, and colds).

- See children older than 5 years.
- See a child without an appointment. No walk-ins will be accepted.
