Service Description

The Thrive Clinic offers growth and development monitoring for children aged 0-5 years in Ontario who do not have a family doctor.

Well-being exams for babies aged 0 to 18 months.

Growth and development monitoring for children aged 0 to 5 years.

Routine immunizations.

Supporting parents with resources and referrals.

Eligibility

*The child must meet all three criteria.

  • Children aged 0 to 5 years.
  • Without a family doctor.
  • Resident of Ontario.

*Children residing in Ontario who do not have an Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) card due to their status in Canada may access this service.
