Are you a healthcare professional looking for part-time work? Join our TRIVE CLINIC, a community- based pediatric wellness clinic embedded within a broader Social Pediatrics model of care, located at the Vanier Community Service Centre (VCSC).
The clinic provides episodic preventive care to infants and young children (ages 0-5) who do not yet have a primary care provider. Many are new to Canada, and their parents face barriers related to health care system access, social determinants, language and transportation. Visits are episodic: newborn and infant wellness checks, growth and development screenings, and vaccinations., Our  goal is to provide wellness care, immunizations and referrals until   the infants and young children  are  connected with a family doctor or other primary care provider.
