Experica
Welcoming skilled newcomers into your organization
Experica is a bilingual employment mentorship program designed to support skilled newcomers in their search for their first job in Canada, within their field of expertise.
The program’s goal is to facilitate successful integration into the labor market through a combination of hands-on experience and personalized guidance.
Specifically, participants:
gain volunteer experience in their field with partner employers;
benefit from intensive employment coaching provided by our team;
are paired with a mentor (maybe you!) who supports them throughout their professional journey.
This approach allows them to showcase their skills, build a local professional network, and actively engage in the community.
Our partners consistently highlight the positive impact and added value of their involvement in the program.
All that is asked of you: provide a volunteer opportunity in their area of expertise and, ideally, offer a Canadian reference at the end of the experience. At the conclusion of the program, over 85% of participants secure sustainable employment and fully integrate into the community!
