Experica
Welcoming skilled newcomers into your organization
The Experica program connects skilled newcomers with job internships accompanied by an intensive mentorship program throughout its duration, supporting newcomers in finding their first job in Canada within their area of expertise.
During the program, participants are matched with unpaid workplace internship opportunities, engage in individual and group coaching sessions, and commit to job search efforts. At the end of the program, 85% of participants secure employment! Many Experica partner employers testify to the program’s excellence.
